These practices are accessible, culturally responsive, and designed to support calmer interactions, clearer decision-making, and a more resilient workforce.

Through accessible stretching, intentional breathing, and gentle movement, participants release physical tension, increase mobility and create space for mindful presence.     A practice of being present and aware that helps participants slow down, notice the moment, and stay grounded during demanding work.

    Participants are led in a  soothing, sound experience that promotes deep relaxation and gentle nervous-system reset.
